|| RETURN POLICY ||

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of stains or odors, animal hair or damage with tags intact, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@skyethelabel.com with your contact information and order number. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as proper instructions.

Please note we deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your total return. If you choose not to use our return label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not not accepted. You can always contact us for any questions at shop@skyethelabel.com and our lovely team will gladly assist you!

|| EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS ||

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or international orders as they are final sale.

|| EXCHANGES ||

The fastest way to exchange items is to contact us at shop@skyethelabel.com and start a return for your original order. You can then place a new order in the mean time to ensure you get your new order as prompt as possible. 

All returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method once approved. Please remember it can take some time (5-7 business days) depending on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
